✅ Eligible Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Socks and intimate accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.

• Sale items are final sale unless damaged/defective.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange your item (subject to availability).

• Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you received free shipping on your order, a small restocking fee may apply.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
